IMPROVING STAFF QUALIFICATION

ncise Derbyshire Development Worker Ilona Navickiene has been selected by SEEM (Social Enterprise esat Midlands) to participate in FAIR (Financial Awareness & Investment Readiness) training programme specifically designed for Social Business Advisers.

She has successfully completed the course that started in April 2010 and now starting formal SFEDI accreditation process. Ilona received 100% subsidy from SEEM to cover all accreditation related costs. It is anticipated that after three month ncise Derbyshire will have a qualified Social Business Adviser.
