Approach to development
Our concept of social entrepreneurship focuses on local initiative and participation as a measure of principled practice. It enhances opportunities to promote social cohesion and collective action.  A macro policy creates an environment for social change but it cannot achieve its objectives without local participation. Social enterprise can provide diverse solutions to how to implement policies at the grassroots level.

Why do we believe that social enterprise is a good way of integration and inclusion?

Social enterprise gives freedom for people to be creative, do things in different ways and most importantly focuses on positive side of human nature.

People collectively can create a meaning for themselves and their community. Social enterprise is a very interesting and diverse way of addressing the problems because it can include economic, political, cultural and environmental aspects and it does not exclude human factor.  It is not about choosing the best and leaving the rest. It is about helping those who struggle. It is not about personal gain, it is about gain for the community, caring about socially excluded, caring about environment and the world. It is not about turning people into slaves but finding value in each person and reinforcing development based on values.
