Application to Migration Impact Fund

ncise Derbyshire in cooperation with Derby Bosnia-Herzegovina Community Association and Derby Refugee Advice Centre submitted a joint project ONE STOP SHOP application and presented it to Migration Impact Fund.

This is a Pilot project that aims develop One Stop Shopping infrastructure and lay the foundation for coordinated integration of migrants and refugees at grassroots level. If the establish model is successful in a longer term it will grow into a sustainable project.

Positive response about funding was received from Derby Community Safety Partnership on the 4th of June 2010. The project was awarded £35000. However, at the moment funders requested to put on hold the whole project implementation until new government will approve national budget. Hopefully, we will soon be able to proceed with this project implementation.
